  | TLP has signed an agreement with Trafigura Pte Ltd, Singapore to store their gasoline product including blending components such as MTBE, naphtha, reformate and additive. With modern technology and latest facilities, terminal is capable to do blending, circulation, inter tank transfer and loading and discharging activities at the same time. With all these bulking activities, terminal are expected to generate million metric tonnes throughput a year through our sophisticated jetty. TLP oil tank terminal has started it’s first commercial operation on the 4th June 2008 with the first vessel “BW Captain” came in to berth for ldischarging 61,576 cubic metres of ”motor spirit”. While for the first loading operation for 32,886 cubic metres of “gasoline 88 Ron” by vessel “Kirana Pratama” has started on the 23rd June 2008 to Indonesia. TLP oil tank terminal continue its operations by doing blending and circulation for ‘gasoline’, ‘naphtha’ and ‘MTBE’ products until the whole of eight TLP storage tanks of 100,000 cubic metres capacity are fully utilised on 14th July 2008 by receiving vessel ‘Estia’ to dischage ‘motor spirit’. In 2008, the total of 13 commercial vessels came in to berth which 8 of them involved in discharging operations while 6 vessels doing loading operations. From that figures, TLP managed to handle 330,792 cubic metres petroleum products which 188,537 cubic metres for discharging operations while for 142,254 cubic metres for discharging operations. For process and blending, TLP managed to handle 12 ‘Inter Tank Transfer’ (ITT) which involved total quantities of 57,589 cubic metres, 5 process for ‘additives injection’ of 7,510 kgs and 8 operations for ‘mixing and circulation’ which involved 34 operating hours. TLP Oil Terminal has temporarily ceased its operation after the fire that ravaged T-1 and T-2 on 17 August 2008. The last operation handled was loading ‘gasoline RON 88’ to vessel ‘MT Dai Hung’ on 15 August 2008.
