| Langsat Bulkers Sdn Bhd | | | | | | | | | | Langsat Bulkers Sdn Bhd (LBSB) is a Joint Venture Company between Tanjung Langsat Port Sdn Bhd (TLP) and Felda Johore Bulkers Sdn Bhd (FJB). The JV was sealed on 20th July 2006 with TLP holding 60% of shares and FJB hold 40%. The construction of LBSB has started on 24th January 2007 and presently is 92% completed. Earlier, LBSB was meant to be storage terminal for biodiesel product and to support Malaysian Government effort to develop biodiesel industry in Malaysia. Since biodiesel industry seem to be effected by high price of crude vegetable oil especially crude palm oil, thus LBSB has decided to handle and store crude vegetable instead of biodiesel product. | | |
