Managing Director | | Mazlan Bin Othman, aged 51, was appointed to the board of TLP on 1st January 2008.
He graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara in 1982 after passing the Chartered Institute of Transport (UK) examinations and admitted as a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) in 1985. He also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA-International Trade) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom since 1991. He has worked in Logistics and Port’s industry environment for the past 25 years. He started his career in Klang Port Authority in 1982 as Traffic Officer for a year and then subsequently in Johor Port Authority (as Administrative Officer and various positions up to level of General Manager) for 17 years (1983-2000). Johor Port Authority was eventually privatized as Johor Port Sdn Bhd in 1993 and a few years later listed as Johor Port Berhad. Prior to joining TLP as General Manager in 2002, he was with Bernas Logistic Sdn Bhd; in charge of its Johor/ Melaka branch for year 2001. Currently, he is also the Chairman of Great Allied Engineering Sdn Bhd as well as a Director of Langsat Bulkers Sdn Bhd and Johor Logistic Sdn Bhd.

Senior Manager | | DEPARTMENT, Finance & Accounts, Legal, IT, Corporate Planning Mohd Kordi bin Bakin, aged 44, the Senior Finance Manager of Johor Corporation was seconded to TLP Finance department on 15 May 2009.
He holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting (hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant since 2002.
He has 20 years work experience in accounting and finance management within Johor Corporation Groups of Companies. He started his career in 1990 as a Management Trainee with Johor Corporation. Later on 1 January 1991 he was appointed as an Accountant and attached to Finance Department.
In 1993 he was transferred to TPM Management Sdn Bhd as an Accountant and in 1995 he was then transferred to Nobel Carpet Sdn Bhd an associated company with Johor Corporation as the Head of Finance Department.
In 1997 he was transferred back to Johor Corporation as a Senior Accountant in Finance Department and to Computer Department handling computerisation of accounting and human resources system in 1999. He was promoted as Finance Manager in 2005.

Rabiyah Senin, aged 50, the Senior Manager of Johor Corporation was seconded to TLP Human Resource and Admin department and PR & Marketing unit on 6 July 2009.
She holds a Master in Science (Human Resource Development) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2006, Bachelor Degree in Economy (Planning and Development with honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1982 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource from University of Humberside, UK.
She started her career in Johor State Economic Development Division in 1983 as Administrative Officer in Planning Department for 3 years, as Administrative Officer in Admin and Personnel Department for 5 years and in Planning and Development Department for 1 year and various positions up to level of Senior Manager.

MOHD AWI
Manager | | DEPARTMENT, Technical & Project Development, Safety, Health & Environment, Security (Auxiliary Police) Abu Bakar bin Mohd Awi, aged 46, was appointed as the Manager, Technical & Project Development, Safety, Health & Environment and Safety (Auxiliary Police) department of TLP on 1 October 2005.
He holds a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. He started his career in 1987 as a Maintenance Assistant with TAJO Bricks (M) Sdn Bhd. In 1988 he joined Hong Kong Teakwood (M) Sdn Bhd as a Technical Assistant.
He has also worked with Sindora Berhad (a subsidiary company of JCorp as a Senior Manager from 1989 to 2004 and Sindora Timber Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary company of Sindora Berhad) as Technical Manager from January to August 2005.

SY ALI

Sy Mohd Sukri bin Sy Ali, aged 36, was appointed as the Operation Manager of TLP on 15 February 2008.
He has completed his Master of Science in Emergency Response and Planning with the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia in May 2008. He had obtained a Professional Certificate (Deck Officer Class 3 Certificate of Competency (COC) Foreign Going Ship) from the Marine Department of Malaysia (Nautical Science) in March 1996) and had passed written examination in Master Mariner from Maritime Academy of Malaysia (ALAM) in 1999.
He started his career as a Third Officer with Petronas Tanker Sdn Bhd from July 1990 to January 2000. In February 2000, he joined Terminal Bersama Sdn Bhd as a Shipping Executive. Later, in October 2002 until September 2006, he worked with FAMM-Indah Sdn Bhd as a Shift Superintendent.
Prior to joining TLP as an Operation Manager in February 2008, he has worked with KIC Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd as a Terminal Superintendent from September 2006. | | | | |
